Swedens coolest "epa traktor"
When you turn 15 here in sweden you get to decide between getting a moped or a “epa traktor”.(Or why not both?)
Most of you probably know what a moped is but an “epa traktor” is what you are seeing in the image above. In this case a Merc 190. For it to be classed as a “epa traktor” it has to be chopped, not roof chopped but so it has a flatbed (kind of :P) and the gearbox must berestricted so it can only go 30km/h.But most of the teenagers here in sweden usually dont care about that tho and drive it around like a normal car.
This is where the passion for cars start for many teenagers here in sweden, norway :)

Its an old concept from ww2 when tractors were rare and expensive so people built them outof whatever they find (usally volvos), and since they are registered as a tractor you can drive it at the age of 15.
Few actually do 18mph after 2 days after its legally registered. And they are valueable AF
