It started when my dad got a gti when I was a kid and I loved the power behind it. Then I took a notice in muscle cars. I would always say I wanted a “caballo” meaning horse in Spanish and that’s also how I ended up getting my mustang. Lol

I remember very vaguely when I was 4 months old (not joking) I chose a Mahindra Jeep pullback over the usual baby toys at the time. Next I remember when I was 4, I asked my parents to buy an Autocar India magazine, next I’m on the newspaper all because of my infinite car knowledge (I basically memorized every make and model of car in India) and now I’m here, driving my awesome AE86 :D

It’s all really simple, I always thought that I was born to play video games, but I was wrong. When I was like 4-6 years old my dad bought me a PS1, and the first game I played was Gran Turismo, aaaaand I fell in love with it, then the chain reaction happened.

It’s have to be mostly from my father, further enhanced by video games, such as gran turismo. He was a fan of pretty much anything with two wheels or four. We had a large range of cars in our driveway over the years, from peppy little Triumphs, muscle cars, imports, 4x4’s and trucks. I had also gotten to motorsports at a young age, with quads and motocross bikes. Our most memorable would have to be a ‘77 Jeep CJ7 with a 304 V8 which we rebuilt and built up to pop wheelies at the line, and still rip through a mud bog. I would always be in the garage with him when he’d be working on our cars, even if it was just holding up the light :p , I’d be asking questions and eventually started helping him, learning the whole time. I’d first learnt to drive around 6, and had been behind the wheel of a B-train big-rig through the Rocky mountains from B.C. to Alberta around 11. The first car I drove “legally” when I got my learner’s permit at 16 was a Z31 300zx turbo, which is a blast to bomb around in! My first vehicle was an 86 Isuzu P’up that I had bought at 15, and my father and I had begun restoring it. This is where my mechanical skills began to really develop. Unfortunately my father didn’t live to see the finished product, as he was killed in a work accident, but I picked up where we left off and saw the project through to the end, which made it all the more worth it.
I will continue to live like my father did, a DIY car nut, ‘till the end :)

It all started before i was born,my dad rushed to the hospital in his car,the car indeed is a 1991 thunderbird S/C,with a rambling 3.8 supercharged V6 with 210 horses and 315 lb of torque,al least thats how i think my passion for cars began, also my first toy was a car,and that thunderbird its my car now,it needs a bit love but its a nice and rare car here in mexico.

When i was a young kid, i used to go on drives in my dads Ford Festiva, and i would look out of the window and yell out “LOOK, MISUBISHI, HORDEN, FORD, RICE” (Last one might be fake, cant remember)

It was really all about Toyotas. My parents had them and still do. I watched initial d growing up which made me think Toyotas were even more awesome. And then I started getting into cars.

it started back when i was 7 , a guy at our house was playing NFS Underground 2 and left the computer free for a moment whyle the game was still on , then me and my friend decided to go chek it out and i started driving . Later on my dad saw that i had a small interest in cars back then and got me to watch 2fast 2furious . After that movie i fell in love with the R34 , but what really started my passion was that NFS helped me learn names of cars and other parts of cars which made me think that i am smart , and being able to custimize your car was also really cool with all the options . Thankfully i was kept being motivated by other car enthusiasts from school . Top Gear really showed me how much fun a car can be , and now i am waiting to save up and buy me my very own Mazda MX-5 and just start cruising trough out New Zealand .
