It all started when my dad bought a 1992 firebird for 500$ when I was 13, every day after school I’d go in the back yard let it run and just sit there thinking of the future, two years later my uncle bought a Cadillac I didnt think it was that good till I drove it, after hearing the roar of a v8 I knew I was hooked on cars (firebird was only a v6) 5 years later I’ve owned 19 different cars and trucks from a 4 cylinder tiburon to 13 second v8 Cadillac’s so to those just starting out being petrol heads don’t be afraid to explore your options trust me you’ll never forget a single car you’ve owned.

My dad used to rally here in Australia, showing me him driving 1600s, escorts and his z. Now my passion is stronger than his haha

When I was young my dad had a 1970 GTO convertible on blocks in the garage. I never really knew what it was and it didn’t get driven much. One time he broke it out and took me and a friend for a ride in it. Let me tell you, I’ll never forget it. Her and I giggled our innocent little hearts out until it hurt for the entire 20 minutes. Besides that I always used to play in the front seat and pretend I was driving. Fast forward to age 11 and we spent a year in the UK where I discovered a little show called Top Gear. It all snowballed from there, came home. Discovered what that old car in the garage really was (which now was being insured every summer) and from there it just took off.
about 6 years my dad was driving with me home in his porsche boxster and we drove past the Audi showroom in Huddersfield, he wanted a bigger car so we had a look around and i remember walking in and i just caught a glimpse of this beautiful Audi, and i was only 9 so i had no idea what this cars name was i just new it was an Audi, and i asked my dad what car that was, he said an Audi R8 so i used to Google it and just be obsessed with this car, and then i searched super car and that was it, im simply obsessed with cars
No family member had any passion or interest in cars at all Even tough my dad had bought a lot of different cars over the years an Italian lancia a french Renault an american chrysler basically he had bought a car from every country at some point but he wasn’t a patrol head and he had no interest in what he drove however I had developed a love for cars I used to gave a big collection of toy cars I liked cars so much that I learned to drive at the age of 14 and drove regularly in a toyota. One day I was wondering how did I end up into cars and I found the answer quickly my dad used to watch Formula 1 he was a fan of Schumacher and Alonso who at that time became champion and I started watching with him and I developed the love for cars and motor sport
