Has anyone played or heard of BattleGear 4? it's one of the best arcade games I played. It has manual transmission with clutch pedal and handbrake, it's fun to drift in that game. I wish Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune had those..
I played Wangan Midnight maximum tune 3dx+ so much I’m the current top player, top ranks. the arcade i frequent at are getting rid of them sadly but they’re bringing in Maximum tune 5 so I’m not too upset about that
Have you tried Initial D? Maximum Tune 5 had the customization and car list but Initial D has the touges and actual drifting. I’m fastest in the Akina Snow map in my local arcade. The menu is a trial and error process since I don’t understand Japanese and I skip all the cutscenes because it’s also in Japanese. My favorite arcade game I’ve played.
i dont think there’s any arcades in australia that has initial d, i think sydney has, not sure
Wow, not many people playing this 10 yrs old game. But there still a dozen of them in Hong Kong and they’re all well use by hardcore fans. Maybe I can be your guide to these rare machine when you visit Hong Kong.
Here we only had Battle Gear 2, but I had both 3 and 2 on my PS2, we have NO Wangan Midnight whatsoever… but we have… Dead Heat, well, better than nothing.
I remember when I played WMMT3, it was in the U.S., I LOVED IT, and I NEED to play it again.
