1990 Ford Laser TX3

This is my 1990 Ford Laser TX3 (KF2).
Should probably start off with some info on it, the car features the 1.8L Mazda BP engine that pushes out 92kw to the flywheel along with 165 nm of Aussie grunt. This model is one of the FWD variants opposed to the turbo 4WD TX3’s.

So far what I have done to the 90’s hot hatch is a whole lot of cleaning up. It was a barn find single owner car in awesome nick, no rust, and an untouched interior.
there were however little cosmetic touch ups like the spots where paint has been flicked onto by the old man and some shoddy trims around the windows but they have been fixed. The drivers seat was swapped over for a 1990 Mazda Astina SP bucket because it sits far lower and also to preserve the drivers seat; There is also the braided brake lines from my red TX3. Other things that were included were the headers, early K&N pod filter, massive CD stacker underneath the drivers seat, and $3.50 under the passenger seat <3

This is my second TX3 and has plenty waiting for it, coilovers, BPT (turbo engine), bushings and all sorts.
It’s a good base and I cannot wait to get it to the spec I want! Coming soon are some new rims and stickier tires to replace the old ones and so I can restore the stock ones.
