This Kid Smashed A McLaren 12C's Windscreen After Its Driver Ran A Stop Sign
This McLaren 12C driver went through a stop sign, apparently causing a kid to fall off his skateboard just off camera. In retaliation, the skater smashed the 12C's windscreen and ran off, with the McLaren's passenger running after him

I don’t see any other cars around so I think it should be fine for the McLaren to just go. He had the right away, but he should have stopped first before going. For the kid, if he was just skateboarding around on the road for fun he is just being stupid, if he is crossing the road then he just shouldn’t have hit the windshield.

I’m with the kid. Running through the stop sign AND pumping the horn at the downed kid would provoke a violent reaction towards the car from anyone.
Its not that he had no visibility in front of him. He run through a pedestrian crossing failing to stop for the incoming skater and could have caused bodily harm given the front bumper edges of the supercar.
Someone kill the camera guy first, and then the d*ckbag kid
that cameraman is an absolute pro. filming verticaly just like a real pro would, filming an empty road other that the mclaren. yeah…….kill him

First thing, the McLaren should have stopped.
However…
Skater boy has some obligation in ensuring that it was safe to cross, whether he has right of way or not. As it sounds like he just rolled through on his board, there is some carelessness on his part too. If he couldnt spot a bright orange car before he moved out in front of it without checking that it stopped as it should have, then dont act suprised that this incident happened. A bit of common sense would have saved him from a monumental ass-kicking or a destruction of property charge. In this case, hopefully he recieved both.
