I find that the grip will be the most predominant limiting factor in between reality and Mr Musk’s “illusion”
RIP all those tech reviewers who made claims about it being the best electric car there will be without any research or calculations.
real hero here are the tyres.. the grip on them is amazing
Magic snort snort
This car is like movies Very good but such long wait time till release
I hate youtube becuase thier is a dumb breed of tesla fans who know nothing but 1.9s. and they disrespect anything that is slower than that.
Let’s see one tested, if it ever gets built. That acceleration needs racing slicks not road tyres, no matter how good. Also it will carry around 1000 - 1400kg of batteries (200kWh). I’d like to see if it will go around corners. It won’t be nimble. Musk is not known for making modest claims
It can’t get faster on a 0-60, perhaps the acceleration after 60mph can get faster but there’s the tire grip, the terrain factors…a F1 can do a 0-60 in 1,7 with a v6 hybrid and shitons of downforce… i will certainly like to see the Tesla engineers trying to practically re-develop the tire to endure a higher speed of 270+mph without them blowing up and turning into a fire mess, the batery tech needs to improve to endure prolonged pace, the tech today will limit it, perhaps in 5-10 years my words will be wrong
If you delete files from a Tesla’s built in computer, will it weigh less?
