Well,my story’s rather short. I was born into a family of engineers and technicians. I drove my first kart race some days after my 9th birthday. Addicted ever since :)
I was 6. Got GT4. I was taking a look at the cars, and I was loving every single one of them. But then.. Subaru Impreza came up, with its famous rally liverie. I loved it and drolled. I kept searching “blue car with yellow stars” until I found it. Then I started liking cars. 2 years later my dad bought a BMW 320i. It was nice. Really nice. Then I met NFS. Love for cars grew. At 2010 I had to move to Brazil. In the way I saw a Subaru dealership. I was begging to go there see if there was a Impreza selling. I kept searching cars when I got to my new home. No stopping. Then I met ponies. Got addicted into ponies and only for 5 months. Now it’s ponies and cars. Mostly cars because hell, they’re awesome AF, right? 1 year later I met CT. I loved the YT channel and then found out CT had a website. Then my love for cars grew more and more, and it’s still growing. Meh. Sorry if any bad english
All started with Fast & Furious.
I just know that I learned all the car brands before I could speak properly. I just pointed at the cars in the street: “Fod”, “Vobagen” [VW], “Nissa”, etc, just like a two y.o. would pronounce it.
Matchbox cars and racing video games. Lol
My father used to modify V8 trucks from the 70’s and 80’s and I would watch him swap engines and transmissions. He would also drag race them in the mud whenever possible but come around to when I was about 6 my dad sold off a lot of his parts and tools and started doing drugs and left us. So I had to find something else to keep me busy. I remember one day my mum said I was getting in her way while she made dinner and she turned on the TV and put me in front of it to watch Ninja Turtles, I flipped the station and saw LE Mans at Leguna Seca. It was like I came online in life I couldn’t stop watching it. Porsches, Aston’s, BMW. I talked about it non stop after that, As far as Hot Wheels go we couldn’t afford them so I guess it explains my 600 of them now.
My interest sparked from my grand pa. I was 10 years old and his ford windstar needed a oil change. So we went about it and i just loved tinkering under the hood. My interest is not necessarily racing but taking care of the beasts. I do driftmy vic though. That is the other part of my passion.
RC cars
As a small child. Only like 3-4 years old, I didn’t like cuddly toys. I had my collection of 1:43 scaled model cars that I used to park around the edges of my bed, choose one to hold in my hand, and fall asleep with it. I have had a passion for cars all my life. At the age of 6 I could even name more cars than my father. (also a petrolhead) when it comes to car brands, I have an unexplainable passion for Jaguar. Before I could leagally drive cars myself, I have been playing racing games since the age of 5. And when my grandmother’s Daihatsu broke down again, I watched and helped my grandfather, who sadly passed away, fixing the car. Now, every time I work on my Jaguar I think back of these times, and that gives me the feeling that i’m doing something he could be proud of. Cars are my life and happiness.
I’ve always loved fast cars but what made me wanna learn more about them was getting beat by a cobalt ss and wanting to get revenge(still working on it lol)
