It is not a drift. There are FWD cars that are so understeer, that the only way to turn fast is doing this. Maybe this driver is going a little bit beyond the efficiency point, however it is faster than sliding front wheels at every turn anyway. Who had an Opel Kadett ??? It is a good example of this.
The reason it was drifting was because of the speed stripes.
