Watch The Incoming Mercedes-AMG C63 R Hit The 'Ring

Missed the boat for the BMW M4 GTS? Worry not, as Mercedes has just the thing, in the form of the be-winged C63 AMG coupe you see here. But what is it?

AMG big cheese Tobias Moers stated earlier in the year that future Black Series models will - as with the previous Black Series models - come near the end of the production lives of the base cars, and since the C63 coupe is very new, that rules this prototype out as a Black Series. So, it’s most likely a C63 R.

If the AMG GT R is anything to go by, we can expect this C63 R to have a boost in power up from the 503bhp the top-of-the-line S version enjoys, while also receiving beefed up suspension and uprated brakes.

As well as the very obvious passive aero you can see here, there could be active aero hidden from our eyes. And unless our ears deceive us, this mule sounds a lot meatier than the standard coupe.
