EA Sports WRC Game Locations At Launch And What’s On The Way

Four years on from the release of Dirt Rally 2.0, and three years since Codemasters acquired the licence, a new WRC game from the legendary developer is on the way.

Titled EA Sports WRC - with the Leamington-based studio now a part of Electronic Arts - the officially licenced title will feature the full 2023 WRC calendar for you to tackle along with a few extra locations from its 3 November launch.

From the ice-capped iconic Monte-Carlo rally, through to the tight and twisty asphalt stages of Japan, you’ll be able to tackle each and every stage the pros have been running on this year.

17 locations will be included at its launch. Highlights among those will be sure to include Finland with its notoriously treacherous high-speed jumps and the Safari Rally in Kenya, known to take its toll on even the most robust of rally cars.

A few fictional courses have been included too. Among these are Mediterraneo - said to be a historic asphalt rally with unforgiving obstacles and extreme drops, a gravel rally in Pacifico, and Ocenia - set amongst rolling hills. In total, you’ll be able to take on over 370 miles worth of stages across the game.

After launch, Codemasters has confirmed the Central European Rally will be added as a free update. There’s every chance more could be coming, too.
