Japan.. There is no garage that can store all the cars you would like to have.
North Korea. :P
Singapore if you are in a tight budget
Norway , fuel there is i believe over 2 Euros / litre.
Mauritania
Italy. Insurance goes skyrocket when you modify the engine, because you pay for size, power, and driver’s age. So say you have a stock 1.5L 90BPH engine, and you’re under 21. You’ll pay 150€+90*5€+500€=1100€/Year. Of course, this may vary from an insurance to another, but here insuring your first car is a pain in the ass. Not only that, if you modify it, you’ll pay more, and get less in case of crash. Also, people who just got their driving license must follow a stupidly big ammount of extra rules, which are:
-You can not buy a car with an engine bigger than 1.8L (or 2.0L, I can’t exactly remember)
-You can not buy a car with an engine that outputs more than 90BHP.
-You can not buy a car with a power to weight ratio bigger than 75Wk/Ton
-You can not go faster than 100Km/h on the highway.
-You can not overtake on the highway. So there you have it.
Although those last rules don’t apply as soon as you’ve had your driving license for 3 years, it sucks anyway.
California in the USA, you can’t do anything that hints the car isn’t stock without it being illegal
Not a country but cape town would suck and so would California cuz of emissions
