Nope. Increasing the size of the throttle body is typically measured in the millimeters. Preceding the throttle body is the intake manifold, filter etc etc. That means the marginal size increase will be negligible.
If you want to increase that sweet sweet induction noise you’re better served going with an aftermarket air filter / box. If you really want to improve it (and only if you’re okay with the cost and can find it) get a carbon fiber box like the E46 M3 CSL had. Carbon Fiber is a great resonator.
