Handling is typically Audi: on the safe side, towards understeer, esp. if it’s FWD. Awesome traction if it’s a quattro,Is it the 8 valve or 16 valve 2 litre? The 8 valve is not really fast, only 115hp but on the other hand not much less torque than the 140hp 16 valve, with the advantage of peaking earlier, which make it feel almost equal in normal driving. At higher revs the 16v should be more exciting though.
As any old Audi, it’s a very solid and reliable car, mechanicals are pretty bulletproof. Just watch for the rear disc brakes and catalytic converter (if fitted).

If you have the oppurtunity, buy one. Audis have this deep personality that I just adore and many reviewers overlook. Im looking into swapping mine for an older Audi because honestly the old ones are just so raw and was such a great period of Audi. Not dissing the new ones, but they offer so much performance and handling that I feel the driving is just handed to you. Keeping my eyes out for an old b5 s4. Cheers if you get it

I had a 1993 Audi 80 1.9 TDI before my 90, it was a really comfortable car!
