My new Brazilian Car Scene facebook page

Hello Guys!

Im a photographer from Brazil and im starting a new page called LoopOne Media, and its objective is to spread the Brazilian car culture over the world.

I decided to do it because i believe that the Brazilian car scene is unknown by mostly of the world. Our market wen through some highs and downs over the years, with imports being blocked by the military dictatorship until the 90’s. I think that something most of people know is that cars around here are some of the most expensive in the world due to high taxes and protectionism from the government.
Due to that, i think that the Brazilian car scene deserves a lot of attention because investing in on our cars are something that requires a lot of effort and hard work to keep our dreams alive. We have great project cars around here, and lots of pages about it but mostly of them lack the quality and attention that those projects deserve.

We have a very mixed market, and a lot of national cars inspired by international ones that was produced in the70’s and 80’s, using national alternatives that i believe its unique to our country.

Ive started the page with photos from an meet that i was the photographer called ‘’the underground’’ last week. The goal was to make something without like it in Brazil, with cars that many people around here just saw on movies and videogames, and very well built national projects. There was over than 200 cars and 4k visitors and it was one of the greatest car meet from 2016. For many of the visitors, it was the first time seeing those cars.

We had one of the just six RX-7 imported in the 90’s, and this one was owned and imported by Nelson Piquet, the Brazilian F1 driver. Also 2 NA Miatas from just 70 imported in the 90’s (the black one is mine :P), a drift sileighty and lexus, some 350/370z, E35, EVO (the white one is a 5 years straight national drag winer) and plenty of other cars.

I hope you guys like the photos. If you do, please support the project by liking the facebook and instagram page and share it. All the posts will be made in Portuguese and English, and i hope very soon to start a youtube channel with origina videos, also subtitled in English.

Thank you!
