Man Wearing Ridiculous Shoes Wrecks LaFerrari In Shanghai

If you’re into hypercars, we have some bad news. An example of Ferrari’s V12 LaFerrari met an unfortunate end in Shanghai last night. According to Car News China, the crash occurred during a thunderstorm, when the driver lost control and hit the concrete barrier of an elevated motorway section.

The young owner - who is pictured wearing some erm, distinctive shoes - is thought to have been unhurt from the smash. The 950bhp LaFerrari, on the other hand, isn’t in great shape. As well as significant body damage, it looks as though the rear suspension has been obliterated.

It’s also reported that the driver owns a McLaren P1. Hopefully he’ll learn from what happened to the Ferrari and be a bit more careful with Ron’s finest…
