Watch An Old Formula 1 Car Fired Up For The First Time In 12 Years

This is a 1997 Arrows A18, and it hasn't been turned on in quite a while. It's wonderful hearing the Yamaha V10 bark into life, but we're not sure those plumes of smoke are particularly healthy!
