This Massachusetts man managed to bin his E85-generation Z4 the day he bought it, and the accident was caught on camera
If you’ve just bought a new car, particularly one that’s rear-wheel drive and relatively powerful, it’s worth taking it easy until you get to grips with the thing. Unfortunately, this guy in Massachusetts took a different route, instead flooring his newly purchased Z4 amid wet conditions.
Unsurprisingly, this did not go well. A tank-slapper was triggered, ending with the Z4 slamming into someone’s front garden wall.

Thankfully, the man’s supportive friend filmed the whole thing on Snapchat (hence the footage being vertical), so he - along with anyone else in the world with access to YouTube - can relive that moment again and again…

My first car was a BMW Z3M (USDM) and while I did crash it, that was out of my own Stupidity.
I now drive a Z3M with the True M Engine (S50B32 Euro) and I have to say, 200 - 300HP should be relatively manageable even for a new driver if driven with care. Driving something slower will not save you from stupidity.
