Founded by Mike Costin and Keith Duckworth in 1958, Cosworth have been at the forefront of both Formula 1 engine technology and Ford's road car range. The company's been through various owners since Ford including Vickers PLC, and its racing division is currently owned by the Champ Car World Series.
