Old ones : Big underpowered gas gussling piece of metal . New ones : They look like a Toyota . I’m not a mustang guy , and theese are reasons why I wouldn’t buy one . Hating on cars is just stupid .
It’s because the new ones are so overproduced, they’re about as common as Toyota Corolla’s and Honda Civics, at least in the US
Yeah if there’s one reason I dislike the Mustang it’s that. And everyone that has one (like the V6 Mustang and sometimes Mustang GT) thinks they’re the sh*t. But I don’t hate Mustangs, in fact I love the new GT350R
Because I was pressured into liking them by my mom and grandpa, plus they are literally everywhere
I don’t know. Maybe because they are jealous because it was sold so often. And these people say: Stangs are boring, everyone has a Mustang…”. There are enough ponys which are very interesting and not just the standard Mustangs for young people. But that’s also the sense of the Mustang, someone from College can achieve one (girls often don’t care which engine it jas) even though it’s not the fastest. Mustangs are also like Harleys: You won’t find 2 Mustangs, which are exactly the same. Oh, yes maybe it’s just because of the same reason as with Civics. Because ‘stangs are cheap, many fools and idiots can buy it.
(1.) The old Mustangs were actually pretty terrible at everything that wasn’t a drag strip. The interior and overall quality was awful. Unless you got one upgraded for it’s power and handling (Saleen, Hennessy, Roush, Boss, Shelby) they’d feel like a waste of money. (2.) They’re pretty much the Toyota Camry of the car world. Cheap and Common so everyone has one. (3.) Mustang drivers are usually apart of the masses, not enthusiasts. There’s plenty of people who buy mustangs and use them as commuter cars (Ecoboost & V6, specifically) or buy them to feel like they’re included. Also, many Mustang owners cannot drive nor handle their cars. You can find a good amount of videos on YouTube of this occurring. Personally, I think that the Camaro and Challenger suffer from the same points I listed above as the Mustang does. However, the Camaro can get away with some things by being less popular and by already having an IRS for many years. That’s why I don’t think the Camaro gets as much hate.

Some people who dont follow cars think they still handle bad. But a z28 camaro corners better than any German coupe, even faster than a gtr around the track

I dont like Mustangs because I prefer GM and Mopar. Theyre way too common. I would rather see an old Galaxie or Gran Torino.
Then again, Euro kids hate anything American so i cant speak so much. Theyll eat me alive. (Drives away in Trans Am)
