What's the best way to make my audi a4 b8 2.0tfsi exhaust sound better for as cheap as possible
I really like my audi but the exhaust is so dissapointing when you put your foot down. I’ve been looking deleting my resonator, deleting my muffler ect and was wondering if someone has done any of this with there a4/gti. I can’t afford a full on exhaust system and do really want to de-cat the car either, don’t mind spending up to £150 on it but that’s about it. Any advice?

Here in holland you can get al resonator or cat replacement or delete for about 100 euros you should do some research on shops in your area that do this kind of stuff
Which mod do you think would be the most beneficial?
Exhaust cutout? Gives you the option of a loud raspy exhaust but the option of a quiet car to get rid of drone as well
Alright cheers I’ll look into that
I say do some online digging, I spent about 4 hours hypothesising about a problem I had, decided to email a few stores / pages and all I got back was detailed help and advice. I’m gonna be doing some work to the same effect on my girl, desperate to get a sound out the back to match the sound up front!
I got my polo gti a sports cat and it made a big difference the sound is much sportier dan before not to loud but just enough to be noticed
How much did that cost?
Only the sports cat was 130€ and because i study car engineering i installed it myself
Alright that sounds good, yeah I’d probably do it myself, we just fitted a deca to my mates clio 182 so should be similar
The cat is not the hardest thing to do when you are a good with tools it should be easy hope you enjoy it mate post the result i would like to see the car
Magnaflow!
I paid $70 to get my resanator removed from my mk5 GTI. It sounded pretty good, however I currently have a eurojet CBE
I watched a video on those euro jet stuff for the gti, any good? How much are they to install
Simple job?
What did you go for in the end? Found myself in the exact same position.
