what is Clarkson saying? is it "tame racing driver" or "team racing driver"?

Searched why they're so few 60 degree V8's out there, turned out that my favorite brand made one and it sounds awesome(take that LS-fanboys, DOHC in a package as small as your engine! ha(jk no hate)).
