Street legal Sesto Elemento ?

There is a Fake Sesto Elemento but it’s in India
This has got a german number plate so i am not sure

the elemento does not look real but…dont judge the book by its cover

i heard that there is one street legal
but i never saw this before

this might be just me, but it looks fugly!

the numberplate says Ingolstadt it could be driven by Audi/Lamborghini engineers maybe?

or it could just be on the street illegally
