The Jetta from Fast and Furious has Civic EG interior, haha WTF?!
I recently saw the article about the auction of the Jesse’s Jetta from Fast an Furious and did some research (watched a video with the Jetta in the movie; the race between the Jetta and a S2000) and I noticed that it’s interior is from a Honda Civic EG. The exterior is the Jetta, and the interior is filmed in a Honda Civic EG.

Budget or just what they had on set at the time. It happens in all sorts of other movies too
For most interior scenes, they took the cars, partly disassembled them, and attached them to a motorized gimbal in a green-screen studio.
So maybe they didn’t want to do that to one of the Jettas.
Or the interior-scene is a reshoot, and the Jetta wasn’t avaliable.
