You can build cruise control in every car. Just get a custom cruise control system and install the thing :)

A basic mechanical cruise control unit can work by drilling a hole in the intake manfiold and putting a rubber line from the manifold to the old crusie control unit.. Then just hook up the cable to your accelerator cable and it’ll pull the throttle when you activate it.
