Wow. On flat land my 16 year old Vette with a big ol thirsty 5.7 v8 can get around 30 mpg on the highway.

In Japan, you can actually get something 95% the same as the STI, gets better fuel economy, has a turbocharged updated boxer engine, has no “boy-racer” rear spoiler, and low end torque. It’s called the WRX S4. Torque comes at 2000-4800rpm, the engine is a FA20, it does 31 mpg, it has 300hp of power and 400Nm of torque, which is nearly the same as the STI. And best of all, it has a wagon sibling called the Levorg.

3 things i care about in a car: looks, exhaust note and performance/handling, period. I never liked the hatch’s looks, but i still liked the car.

unless you go for the really old ones, which wouldn’t have those seats in them, or fuel injection for that matter
