That's exactly what this driver has done, and boy does this car get noticed now. As you can imagine, the motivation behind the retrofitted horns aren't to alert bad drivers; it's to scare the crap out of people and for the resulting video to be uploaded onto YouTube for us all to enjoy think badly of.
