Watch This Douchebag Pickup Truck Driver Pull A Gun On An Innocent Biker

When a group of bikers have a dispute with one pickup truck driver, another pick up truck joins in on the action. Suddenly, all hell breaks loose, and a gun is pointed in a biker's face!

Here’s some back story according to the video uploader’s description:

Okay, so a little bit of a back story. We are out riding and on the way to ride some trails off road. One of ours guys did get in the dirt for a min. Someone else came and said that he got it on camera. He went to the back of his vehicle and said he got his plates on camera too. The guy in the red truck didn’t like what he’d seen apparently and started flipping the bird and trying to get a reaction from everyone in the group. I went to ask why they are flipping me and everyone off and this is what resulted of that. Stay safe out there everyone, you never know what kind of person you are going to be dealing with at the end of the day. I am thankful to be alive. That sounds crazy to say, I am glad the gun didn’t go off. Even if it would have been an accident, because he clearly don’t seem to know how to handle the weapon.

Obviously, this is just one side of the story and we can’t be 100 per cent sure what happened before the footage. But still, to pull a gun on an innocent man in broad daylight takes a special kind of douchebag and is an image this biker will struggle to get out of his head for a very long time.

Be safe out there and respect each other.

Let’s give this guy the benefit of the doubt, he could of had a rough day previous to pulling his gun out, his cousin may have left him for a better relative, you never know.

As a mid 20sAmerican who owns and grew up with firearms, here’s my 2 cents on what I would be happy with as far as gun control.

In some states there’s no limitation on private buyers purchasing from private sellers. No checks regulations at all. If you legally own a firearm and want to sell it all you have to do is write a bill of sale on some scratch paper and trade that for the cash. Now I know all states aren’t like this. But what I believe would go a ways towards gun control would be to require the private sale of a firearm to go through a licensed dealer, and for a background check to be required by the buyer (at buyers expense). Male the same regulations as purchasing a new one. No maj or mental health history or criminal record can purchase a new firearm. Same should go for a private purchase. What doesn’t get any comments or research is whether or not the people committing these crazy crimes purchased the weapons from a licensed dealer or a private seller. I’m willing to bet a good chunk bought them privately.

Also I do have a carry permit. It’s not always about saying I need a gun because someone else might have a gun. It’s a “big stick defense”. If someone pulls a knife or even a baseball bat or something of that nature on you, generally if you pull out a firearm they are going to back off. Classroom training, on laws and proper handling as well as range time were required for me to get my permit. Permits also explicitly state, that although it give you the ability to carry one, it does not give you the right or permission to own one if you legally otherwise cannot. As a matter of fact more checks are required when you apply for the permit in most states. Meaning even if you can legally own a gun you are not guaranteed to get the permit.
