Spitting out 2400bhp and 4400lb ft of torque, the 13-litre diesel Volvo truck has smashed the truck land speed record, claiming the title once held by a similar hybrid Volvo named ‘Mean Green’.

Running over a 1000m track, the Iron Knight has to run in each direction and then take an average of times clocked for each run. Watch as the Swedish truck annihilates the novelty world record, showing what the Swedes are really made of!

The crew cab in crackdown will always be the fastest😂 but in all seriousness, since this truck was made by Volvo, does the truck crash? Or do things crash into it?

I thought 16 litres spitting out 750 horsepower was crazy. 13 litres with 2400?! What a world we live in.
