Top Gear's Rory Reid Will Star In 'Extra Gear' Spinoff

Amid all the talk of a troubled production period, fallouts between Chris Evans and Matt LeBlanc and all the rest of it, one thought remains when we contemplate Top Gear’s reboot: we can’t wait to see YouTube favourites Chris Harris and Rory Reid in action. We’ve gone into detail about why Reid - the least known of Top Gear’s sizeable cast - is one to watch, and if we’ve convinced you, here’s some good news: he’s getting his own spinoff called ‘Extra Gear’.
Hey @bbcthree. You ready? I'm ready! #ExtraGear
— Rory Reid (@MrRoryReid) April 27, 2016
According to the BBC, the show will “bring fans exclusive new footage, interviews, specially recorded films and behind the scenes access to Top Gear.” It’ll be available to view on the BBC’s iPlayer and BBC Three’s website immediately after Top Gear is broadcast on BBC2, and will also be broadcast internationally via BBC Brit and BBC America.
The new series of Top Gear will begin late May.

So, its basically Top Gear’s equivalent of ‘Car Throttle Extra’?
Extras from interviews that nobody see hosted by a guy that nobody know…
Oh boy.
so good!!!! cant wait to hear more from this!!! it going to be so much better than Evans and LeBlanc
excellent so nobody can see it apart from british people…
That, I will watch.
Can’t wait to see what they’ve done to Top Gear! Will be nice to see a car show rather than a 60 minute comedy sketch.
Looks good. Gonna confess I’m a little excited
sigh Topgear is now officially no better than a cash cow
The more I hear, the more desperate it seems.
Flogging a dead horse.
