Elon Musk has released a video of a Tesla driving along urban and country roads on full Autopilot, featuring live feeds of what the car is actually seeing, and it makes for compulsive viewing

Autopilot might feel like voodoo when you’re using it, but the truth behind it is based on some absolutely staggering science and technology.

Everyone’s favourite billionaire CEO Elon Musk has released a video showing Autopilot in action – but this time the frame includes what three of the car’s cameras are seeing in sync with the main in-car video feed.

It’s a little bit epic. And if The Rolling Stones don’t light your candle with Paint It Black, try this slightly shortened version to the Benny Hill theme. Oh yes.

Technically, what it really sees is 1s and 0s

Technically it reads 1s and 0s and outputs 1s and 0s, or more precisely voltage differences.
More seriously it depends on which level you look at.

Why is this downvoted?

In an oversimplified sense, yes, but technically even one of those purple lines showing traffic flow needs hundreds if not thousands of bits (a bit is a one or a zero)
