Paul Walker Will Star In F&F7 Thanks To CGI And Body Doubles
Leaked plans for F&F7 reveal that producers will replace the late star with a CGI version of himself
Universal Pictures will use CGI to replace the late Paul Walker in the Fast and Furious 7 movie.
A source close to the movie has told NY Daily News that producers have decided that they will use CGI to place Walker in unfilmed scenes. Previous recordings of his voice will also be manipulated to fit the movie's script and four body doubles will be used for movement shots.
Filming restarted recently in Atlanta, USA, after a hiatus following Walker's death. The 40-year-old star died after the Porsche Carrera GT he was a passenger in crashed at high speed. He had filmed about half of his scenes, so producers were left with a tough decision on how to address his death.
How do you feel about a CGI version of Paul Walker appearing in the movie?
