Liberty Walk’s Newest Kit Turns The Abarth 595 Into A Tiny Head-Turner

Liberty Walk has been no stranger to Italian exotica lately, with its rather special and somewhat controversial take on the Ferrari F40 revealed earlier this year. However, its latest dip into Italy has turned attention to something quite a lot dinkier.

This new Abarth 595 kit is the newest addition to its LB Works line, turning the tiny hot hatch into a slammed WRC wannabe. Mostly, it’s the quad-pillar rear wing planted on the top giving us that vibe.

Also at the back is a new F40-style exhaust relocation, a huge split carbon diffuser and huge vents located at the back of blistered wheel arches. That width is matched at the front, joined by chunky new side skirts.

The front bumper gets a lower splitter akin to those on the 500 Assetto Corse single-make racers plus a thick set of carbon canards. A new bonnet adds a final touch to the insane-looking package.

Only shown in renders for the time being, Liberty Walk will showcase a real Abarth 595 with its new kit at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2024, kicking off on 12 January. You can pre-order the package now, though, with pricing starting at £12,771 before VAT. All in, that’ll work out about £8,000 shy of the car itself.

Worth keeping in mind that it doesn’t include fitting, and you’ll want to budget a little extra for lower suspension and a fresh set of wheels to complete the look. By that point, you may as well add a few grand to the pot for some performance upgrades, too. Really, then, it’s going to cost as much as the car did in the first place. Worth it?
