This Jon Olsson-Approved Audi RS6 Is Our Weekend Want
We love the look of the A4 Jon Olsson Camo Edition that Audi Sweden is selling, but if we had the cash, we'd prefer an earlier version of the car that inspired it: the RS6.
The first 'C5' RS6s came with a twin-turbo 4.2-litre V8, good for 444bhp. That's enough to shift this near-two tonne Audi from 0-60mph in 4.6 seconds, and on to an electronically limited top speed of 155mph. That's a fair bit down on the current, 553bhp RS6, but still very quick.
These things aren't cheap to run; fuel economy will be woeful, and servicing very expensive. But is there a cooler way to loose money? We don't think so. They're relatively reliable on the whole, but if anything does go wrong the bills can be huge, so purchasing a warranty is advisable.
Prices start about £8000. We spotted this one, which could be worth a look. It's up for £11,495, has done a relatively low 71,500 miles, and has a full service history. Most importantly, it's an Avant, which infinitely increases the cool factor.
