Jaguar's New SUV Will Be Called F-Pace. Yes, Really

Whatever you think of the idea of Jaguar making a crossover, it’ll likely sell by the truckload, and if the C-X17 concept is anything to go by, it’ll look rather pretty too. However, it’s branded with a rather unfortunate name: F-Pace. To us, this sounds a bit like someone trying to say the word ‘space’ with a mouthful of cake.

The name of this new Jag - which goes on sale in 2016 and will be based on the XE’s platform - is most likely a nod to the ‘Grace, Pace and Space’ motto Jag used during the 1950s and 60s.
