New Top Gear aired last night at 8pm in the UK, and unsurprisingly, it's been a massive talking point (both good and bad). So my question to you now is this: how did you rate it out of 10?
Tried to watch from France, BBC blocked the access from anywhere outside UK. 11/10 would see again that black screen.
Fake, forced, shouty Evans spoiled it. And whatever tf is up with the ridiculous rallycross part?
6/10. It’s the first episode and it will get better. It’s a little strange currently but I don’t think it’s that bad. The Viper vs Vette was a bit weird and seemed rushed. Wasn’t a fan of that bit. The Nomad review was actually quite good, I liked it The the reliant robin challenge I rather enjoyed (although they didn’t roll over). But Evans was a bit annoying and the Star in The Unreasonably priced car wasn’t very good. I didn’t like that bit at all (the interview was ok though). Overall not bad, but I had just watched the Indy 500 so I was quite pumped still!!
What I really wanna know is what you thought about it Alex??
Top Gear 4/10, I like LeBlanc, Evans is annoying. Extra Gear 7/10, Good chemistry, could become a great show.
Honestly, make the main show LeBlanc, Harris and Reid and I think it would be a lot better.
Harris is a nightmare. It literally makes me what to puke when he is on screen.
Loose Chris Evans and I’ll watch it for sure…
