Here's A Bugatti Chiron Growling Its Way Around The Nurburgring
Bugatti’s W16 makes a peculiar sound, doesn’t it? Almost like a V8 eating another V8. It’s a noise we’re fond of regardless, and we get ample opportunity to listen to the 16-cylinder unit growl during this Chiron Nordschleife testing footage.
It doesn’t look to be going hugely quickly all the way through the video, and indeed the Chiron lets a Porsche Panamera through at one point, while being chased down by a 911 GT3.
As to why this Chiron is at the Nurburgring, we can’t be sure. We can’t see Bugatti going for any PR-friendly lap times any time soon - the heavy Chiron isn’t really the car for that, after all. It could perhaps be any early test mule for a future Chiron variant - perhaps a successor for the Veyron Supersport.

Propably the next chiron super sport mule or vitesse mule
must be testing the MCM proven potato exhaust system
Maaaaad
The Chiron doesn’t even need to set a PR-friendly Nürburgring laptime, it’s already very well known and respected by those to whom appreciate the tech inside
I smell another lap record.
As much as I’d alsp love to see a lap record set by the Chiron, I think it’s too heavy… But it’s got the straights to make up for the loss of time…
Lets say our ABC’s:
A Bugatti Chiron Destroying Everything Fast, Growling, Having Instant Joy Killing Laps, Making Nurburgring’s Ordinary Pace Questioned, Reaching Speeds That Ultrafast Veryon’s Wouldn’t; Xenial Yielding Zenith (of the car world)
I found this weeks best comment in my butt
No apostrophe in Veyrons
It looks so planted around corners. Also that sound is amazing
That sound is SO brutal. It’s impossible NOT to love it! :D
The real question is : What is this
Yeah, what mule/prototype is disguised there?
it looks like a mazda
Wow,it can actually turn?
Maybe it can’t carry enough fuel on board for a quick lap
