If someone ever touches my vehicle (be it my bike or my car) in that fashion, id get angry. Obviously not hitting whoever does it, but still. This cyclist is hitting another person’s vehicle for doing amost nothing wrong, what i’d do in that situation would be to stop for a second and wait for him to see me then go.
