The NASCAR season got off to a fiery start on Saturday night during the Sprint Unlimited exhibition race at Daytona, following this sudden safety car fire during a caution period.

The Chevrolet SS, driven by Brett Bodine, had been deployed following a spin for Kyle Busch - which he skillfully managed to save - during the final 20-lap segment. The non-championship curtain raiser was won by Denny Hamlin.
