Off-roading on the cheap is something every car nut must try once. You’ll get stuck in shoe-swallowing mud, will likely damage the car you’re in and will swear more than you thought possible. But one thing’s for sure, you’ll have a hell of a lot of fun getting down and dirty.

Of course, you could play it safe and bag yourself a Jimny, SJ or even an old Disco. Or you could take an old (probably unroadworthy) AWD Audi 200 like the one here and see how far you get.
