All I Want for Christmas: Ferrari FF Takes Center Stage in Neiman Marcus Christmas Book 2011

Every year, Neiman Marcus offers a special new limited-edition automobile for its Christmas Book. Last year it was the Chevrolet Camaro Convertible, and the year before that it was the Jaguar XJ Sedan. Neiman Marcus vehicles are mostly differentiated by their paint color, a few accessories and a high price tag. This year is no different. The high-end retailer has just announced that the featured car for Christmas 2011 is the Ferrari FF.

The Neiman Marcus Ferrari FF gets an exterior color dubbed "Grigio Caldo." That really makes us want to fork out the extra dough for this "special edition." Yes, there is sarcasm in there. The other changes include a special set of luggage (hey you have the trunk space right?), semi-aniline interior leather and a numbered plaque. A 2012 Ferrari Winter Driving Experience in Aspen is thrown in for good measure. Ferrari is all into snow lately, as we showed with the company's drifting video that it released.

We bet that experience would be quite a bit of fun though. You don't have to buy the Neiman Marcus FF to take part though. What you do need is a good chunk of change sitting around, something that shouldn't be a problem if you're a Ferrari owner. Ferrari charges $11,399 for the event, and if you just want to ride in the cars, $950.

10 copies of the Neiman Marcus FF will be offered, priced at $395,000. The order book will open Thursday, October 27th, 2011 at 12:00 PM EDT for deliveries in Spring of next year. If the past few years are any indication, they should sell out within a few minutes of availability.
