An Absolute Hero Rode A Tiny Scooter Over 10,000 Miles To The Nurburgring, Then Put In Some Laps

While on a huge road trip starting in Seoul, South Korea, this Honda SuperCub-riding hero decided to stop off at the Nurburgring

When we’re talking about the Nurburgring on CT, it’s normally something to do with a camouflaged prototype buzzing around the infamous Nordschleife, or a buttock-clenching touristenfahrten near-miss. Today though, we bring you a properly brilliant feel-good ‘Ring story.

It concerns a gentleman called Lee, who’d clocked an astonishing 12,000 mile road trip starting in Seoul, South Korea on a 110cc Honda SuperCub when he stopped at the Nurburgring. He told his story to a group of ‘Ring regulars including Dale Lomas - aka Bridge to Gantry - and yes, he even completed a couple of laps at the daunting circuit.

The best bit? He was treated to a hot passenger ride of the Nordschleife in a modified Seat Leon Cupra. Looks to us like he enjoyed it.

Make sure you check out Lee’s Instagram profile for an insight into his incredible 100 day (and counting) journey.
