Fun fact about the NA Miata
There is a slight gap between the headlight and the hood from the factory. This is due to the fact that the hood was originally designed to have been made of steel not aluminum. The gap was unintentional and was not designed as a hood scoop. The fixing could easily be done by slightly pulling on the back of the pop up headlight covers. By this time someone must of done this easy fix in the past 20 years or so of ownership.
