It all depends on what version of Radeon HD graphics you have. By reading your specs I’m sure it’s safe to assume you have a laptop, right?

Frankly speaking, there’s something fishy about your setup.
You should consider getting a new gpu and most likely a new psu.

I’m not sure but I could tell you that to run them at optimum settings you have to invest alot of money my friend Jorge just spent about 3,000 USD on his computer it was 700 USD for just one card thing that he got I think it was either sound or graphics card.

It mainly depends on your GPU, but a Radeon HD really isn’t meant for gaming. Build yourself a custom desktop

an a10 5860k runs minecraft maxed at 60 fps, so you may be able to run nfs rivals for example at medium settings.

Acctually I’ve just checked and you should be able to run nfs 720 on low at 25 fps. Race room at 720p low at 60 fps. grid 2 on high at 30 fps. Next car game on low at 720p at 30 fps. Im guessing its a prebuilt pc what make/model is it?

I’d say a dedicated graphics card will make your machine a beast

I doubt you’d be able to run most racing games properly (Properly meaning at HD resolution without huge frame rate drops). If you absolutely cannot build a new PC you should consider purchasing a cheap used lower end GPU (Such as a GTX 650 which you can probably find for like $50). Even then your CPU will still be too low to run games at anything other than low, maybe medium settings 720p. Your CPU cannot be overclocked which means that there isn’t much hope to increase the performance out of it. Your CPU will probably bottleneck anything above a GTX 660.

If you can build a new PC, then by all means do that. If you’re American, $500USD can build you a “Slightly above PS4 spec” gaming PC that can handle anything at medium settings 1080p. If you need any help, I’d be more than willing to help you out
