Similarities Between Cars And Food

1. There's One (Or More) From Every Region That Symbolizes Their Culture

You’d be surprised by how a small snack or car can represent a whole continent. When someone says “Italy” a person might think of spaghetti. However, when someone says this to a car obsessed person, they’ll think of a Ferrari or something along that line. Here’s a few examples:

A Corvette can represent America like a juicy, meaty, burger.

An FD can represent Japan like a sushi, handcrafted and sold in the streets of Tokyo.

An M4 GTS can represent Germany like a sausage, cooked and spiced in a European café.

You Can Modify And/Or Customize Them

Imagine if you were at a fast food joint, you don’t want the plain sandwich that only comes with lettuce and you mayonnaise, you want to add all these extra ingredients to give it that kick. This can apply to automobiles too, most people won’t appreciate the AE85’s SOHC engine, they’ll give it an ECU, cams and some turbos. They’ll throw all these modifications on it to give it that extra kick and power.

You Don't Want To Share It, But Have To

This commonly happens with pizza, you want to eat all of it in the corner. Savoring every last bite all by youself, but you with your buddies and don’t want to look like some sort of pig, so you resist. Another situation can be your girlfriend asking you if she can borrow your Subaru project car so she and her friends can get their nails painted. You want to say “Hell no!” but have to say “OK”, probably to leave a good impression on her. Overall, car people hate letting other people drive their car(s).

Some Can Be Ridiculously Expensive While Others Cheap

Here we have a Ferrari 250 GTO, it has a price tag of $38,000,000, thatcosts more than some neighborhoods! Part of the reason this car is so expensive is because of the brand, but it also carries a lot of history. Unlike the pizza from Dubai baked by top chefs for the royalty, which makes them think it’s justified to charge 200 grand for it.

Like the Ferrari, this pizza is expensive because of the people who make it.
It most definitely offers brand and luxury, but I think I’ll stick with Pizza Hut for now.

Now onto the dirt cheap ones! The ones people eat and drive because it’s all they can afford. I’d like to use a Tata Nano for this one, its main purpose is to transport you from point A to point B with affordability ($2,500 sticker price). This car compares well with microwave ramen, although you’re not eating luxuriously, you’re, well, eating.

And that, fellow CTzens, brings an end to this stupid yet mouth watering #blogpost!
