Problems with my 1991 R32 Nissan Skyline GTS-T Type M

Hello i am new to this community as i have only had the car for a week. The car has a few mods and they are as follows. Aftermarket Suspension, Aftermarket Rims, new clutch, Momo Steering wheel + quick release, aftermarket exhaust, and r32 gtr seats. Everything else on the car is as came from factory. But i have had a few problems i’m hoping someone in this community can help me out with. First problem i’m experiencing is the engine bogging down at random times.Earlier in the day i was driving with a friend and after a while the engine would bog at 5k rpm. Then an hour later after driving around it will start to bog at 3.5k rpm. Basically my problem is I will be driving and try to get on it and the car with max out at 5k rpm and not go any further. my speed will stay the same and so will my rpm. Then when I shift i can accelerate again. The problem is that this only happens some times. Its not an all the time kind of deal. Yesterday I was showing the car to my friend for the first time and we went out for a ride. I floored it and had no problems. Could go past 5k rpm with ease. Later that night another friend wanted a ride in it and i took him and same thing. No problems. Another friend wanted one and then the problem happened in 3rd, 4th and 5th gear. We drove back to the house and turned off the car and walked away for a bit to later come back to the coolant boiling and overflowing out the top of the reservoir. At no point did the temperature gauge in the car get above half way. We noticed a small gash in the radiator but its not leaking or has any clear signs of failing. We let it cool down and i drove home and it was fine. No bogging or anything… Basically my questions are as follows

  1. What can be causing the Bogging of the engine?
  2. Could the car be over heating and causing the bogging of the engine?
  3. Could it be a boost leak of some sort?
  4. Could it be the radiator?
  5. Could the bogging be cause by overheating? Car is trying to protect the engine form revving to high?

Check coil packs or distributor cap, rotor, coil ,and wires if it has that check the maf or map whichever it has, check o2 sensors if theyre equipped, check for vacume and boost leaks with soapy water, check the temp sensor thermostat and get that radiator fixed coolant hoses recommended to replace if they’re old and don’t forget the heater core and its hoses

My money would be on Mass airflow sensor or coil packs
