Watch Nine Youths Somehow Pour Out Of A Honda Civic After A Crash

How many people can you fit in an old Honda Civic while still being able to drive it? Obviously this is one of life’s key questions; a problem that all of us, without doubt, have spent mental energy on at some point. Or not.

The answer, as you’ll have already seen from the headline (no clickbait here, thanks) is at least nine. This CCTV footage of a crash in Leicester, England, shows an old silver Civic punch into the back of an Audi A4 that had stopped. After the impact, the teenagers start to pour out of the car… and they keep on coming until one of them even has to let the last of his accomplices out of the boot. They all leg it, obviously, aware that the police won’t be impressed.

We’re totally conflicted by this footage. We partly want to laugh and partly want to see these lads punished. Having nicked the car in the first place, they almost certainly don’t even have licences or insurance, and we’d like to see them sentenced to jobs emptying bed pans in care homes for the next 10 years.

We will just say, though, that as genuine as the crash itself is, the A4 stops absolutely plum in the right spot to let the camera catch all the action, and we’re a bit surprised that the Audi driver is so passive instead of trying to catch the runners or even go after them at all, even after one of them walks calmly back to let his mate out of the boot.
