Say hello to the Honda Sport Study Model (SSM), the car that previewed the S2000
Honda debuted the SSM at the 1995 Tokyo motor show. Headlight and grille position aside, you can definitely see the resemblance to the eventual production version, the S2000, which arrived in 1999. Like the S2000, the SSM also had a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine, and a front-engine rear-wheel drive layout.
