Here's Proof That A Coupe Jaguar XE Would Be Insanely Hot

When Jaguar’s new XE saloon was introduced to the world, our first thoughts turned to what a super-hot RS or SVR version might be like. We’re not done there, though, because we’ve got these exclusive renders of a coupe version which, looking at the pics, is something we need to see in real life.

But will it ever happen? The likes of the BMW 4-series and Audi A5 are big sellers, so if Jaguar really wants to take the fight to the Germans, a mid-sized coupe would be a useful weapon in its armoury. Also, Car Advice spoke to XE chief program engineer Nick Miller, who mentioned that the car’s architecture is flexible enough to receive several different body styles, so it could well be on the cards.
