Ford Might Have Accidentally Revealed The Price For The Focus RS
It’d be a bit of an understatement to say that we’re a little excited about the new Ford Focus RS. We absolutely can’t wait to drive the damn thing, is the truth. However, there will also be plenty of people across the pond looking forward to the arrival of this 345bhp, all-wheel drive beast, as for the very first time, the Focus RS is making its way over to the USA. But, just how much will it cost in the United States of ‘Murica? Now, we might just have our answer.
An eagle-eyed Jalopnik reader spotted what looked to be a QA test page for a new Ford configurator, and on it was the Focus RS, with a price of $35,730 listed. That’s about $10,000 more than the US price for the ST, so it seems like it could indeed be the legitimate price. When optioned up, the figure jumps to $42,275.
We’ll have to wait and see if this apparent price leak matches the actual tag for the new car, and we’ll also have to wait for the UK price. which hasn’t been revealed either. On our shores, around £30,000 is the expectation.
